Then we match you with a lender and product that actually fits. We’ve got access to plenty. This is a big investment and we’re here for the real-talk.

We break it down the process of finding property and make it easier to understand. We find the block for you, and the right builder too. With solid intel on local infrastructure we’ve know where the best spots to buy are at. We have builders we trust, that won’t go broke and will build your house in good time.

COMMUNITY

We’re here to create a space where you feel supported, informed and welcome no matter where you’re starting from. How we do things here is shaped by founder Alan Heenan, a country boy at heart with small-town values. You can expect real support, helpful resources and a team to support you.

If you were having a beer with Alan, down at the local pub you without a doubt one of his clients will pop their head around to say, give you and nod and tell you “Alans your guy”. Part of what we want to do is make sure that each of you have the education and information you need and we know the best way to do that is to get this guy behind the camera. These were a hit in 2025, and Alan has big plans for 2026. One past participant went from living in transitional housing in a rural town with her kids to getting a loan and moving into her new home. These events aren’t about selling, they’re about sharing real, down-to-earth knowledge and meeting people where they’re at in their homeownership journey. No more events are planned for this year, but follow our events account to be first to know when 2026 dates come out, hopefully across Australia.
