    For us, strategy means helping you get from where you are today to where you want to be. Everyone’s starting point is different—and that’s okay. Unlike others, we don’t turn people away just because they’re not ready right now.

    No matter your savings, background, or situation, we’ll work with you. We love seeing someone go from “I’m not ready” to holding the keys to their own home. That’s what we do, and that’s what drives us.

  • Step 2: Finance

    A lot of people come to us asking for the cheapest interest rate—but it's not always about that. First, we look at your situation: your job, income, savings, and goals. Then we match you with a lender and product that actually fits. We’ve got access to plenty.

    Interest rates matter, but so do things like offsets, redraw, fees, support, and flexibility. It’s about getting the right loan, not just a loan—and that’s what we focus on.

  • Step 3: Property

    Property is where everyone gets excited. We break it down and make it easier to understand. One of the big differences between us and most competitors is they’ll offer a house-and-land package. We do it differently.

    We find the block for you, and the right builder too. With solid intel on local infrastructure and builders we trust—ones who share their financials, so we know they’ll deliver and won’t go broke and will build your house in good time.

Our first step in building a truly helpful community starts with free workshops.

Our free community workshops aren’t about selling you a dream or pushing an upsell. We’re not here to lecture you with empty promises—rather, we’ll roll up our sleeves and work with you on a practical strategy that takes you from where you are now to owning your own home. You’ll walk away with clear, actionable steps that you can put to work immediately. You can count on a straightforward, no-BS workshop that’s all about empowering you with next steps. These workshops are just the beginning, the first step in building and supporting the Bayside Finance and Property community. They will happen online and in-person. Our in-person sessions run across metro and regional Victoria, Australia.
